Order Processing Time

  • One of a kind items are shipped within 3 business days after the order is placed.

  • Made to order items are shipped within 14 business days from the date of purchase.

During holiday periods, including Christmas, processing times may be extended. Any significant delay will be communicated by email.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via La Poste Colissimo:

  • France: Colissimo with signature upon delivery

  • International: Colissimo International

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local postal services.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for:

  • delivery delays caused by the carrier

  • delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details

  • failed deliveries due to the recipient’s unavailability

Returns & Exchanges Shipping

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return or exchange is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).

Returned items must comply with our Returns & Exchanges Policy to be accepted.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges:

  • are not included in the item price or shipping cost

  • are the sole responsibility of the customer

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to:

  • unpaid customs duties or taxes

  • incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • failed delivery attempts

Any additional shipping costs required to resend the order will be the responsibility of the customer.
