Standard Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your order

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Orders may also be cancelled free of charge at any time before they have been fulfilled or shipped.

During the Christmas period, returns are extended until January 15.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, in the same condition you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

  • If the defect or damage is due to our error, we will repair or replace the item free of charge, and we will cover shipping both ways.

  • If the damage is due to customer use, repairs are possible for an additional fee, including return shipping.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

Please double-check your order if purchasing such items, as returns are not accepted.

Please note: Rings with gemstones cannot be resized, so verify your size carefully before ordering.

Warranty*

All items come with a 2-year warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.

*This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, surface marks, oxidation, tarnishing, or gradual changes in appearance due to regular use, as well as damage resulting from improper use, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

  • If an item breaks due to our fault, replacement or repair is free, including shipping costs.

  • If the item is damaged due to customer misuse, repair is available for an additional fee including return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time to post.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
